Job Overview
A large corporate client of mine in Utica, New York is looking for a Dynamics CRM Business Analyst to join their Business Process team. They’re a large corporation that owns several organization which operate in both the public and private sectors. Their largest division is looking for someone to help with business process improvements and maximizing the utilization of the D365 platform. A brief summary below:
Responsibilities:
- Meet with key stakeholders and end users to identify system issues and gather requirements
- Contribute to the planning, design, development and deployment of new applications
- Preform cost-benefit analysis and ROI for proposed systems
- Create user stories and documents to guide programmers
- Manage Dynamics CRM testing efforts
- Provide training to managers who will train end users
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of Dynamics CRM experience
- F&O and Azure DevOps strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree
- Formal training in Business analysis or Project Management preferred
- Strong client facing communication skills
